I moved into the LaSalle Apts just under 2 years ago & I've loved every minute of living here. And it's gotten even better over the last year (a newly added "Take a book/Leave a book" in the lobby being an awesome addition!). Everyone in the office is always so helpful & so friendly. Add to that an amazing maintenance crew, a rooftop deck & being in the heart of downtown inside a historic building (Toledo's LaSalle Department store of "long ago") and it makes for an absolutely perfect place

The entire staff is amazing and works quickly to resolve any issues. The entire maintenance team is amazing. This place is awesome. I lived at LaSalle before and came back, because this is the best place to live in Toledo. The rooftop garden is fantastic. Building is quiet with secure parking. Many restaurants within walking distance. This is Home.

Every one of the employees are genuine people and care for your needs. I recently got a new puppy, and the workers all love him and always ask how he is doing. All of my neighbors are nice and have never had an issue here! Highly recommend for people moving downtown.

I have loved this building since I moved in and nothing had changed after 6 months. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly, staff is helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

I’ve lived in this building for 14 years. There are so many unique layouts and in my opinion a good value for the downtown area. Like renting anywhere there are issues from time to time. Things break and require servicing it is a historic building after all. But my overall experience has been very good. I will continue to renew year after year.
